If you are applying for a day with a waiting list in place this may because that day is full or is only open to dogs who will fit the current dynamic of the group on that day,

You will contacted when a space becomes available or aa suitable spot opens up.

Academy Enrolment Deposit

To protect our time and make the enrolment process fair for everyone, we now require a deposit to hold a space at The WHOLE Dog Academy.

The deposit will be deducted from your first month’s enrolment fee if your dog is suitable and joins us.
If you decide not to go ahead or ignore follow-up communication after applying, the deposit will be non-refundable. This covers the time we’ve already spent reviewing your application, assessing suitability, and arranging introductions.
Before applying, please make sure you have read our Information PDF, which includes full details of costs, and that you have checked our location & our vaccine requirements to ensure it works for you.
If our daycare is not suitable based on your intake form responses we will refund your deposit.
